Applications Open

Applications will be open through the FACTS online portal. Once you create an account, you will be directed to complete the application and submit the necessary information. Requested items, depending on age, include but are not limited to: Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Sacramental Record, Academic Transcript, Standardized Test Scores, Teacher Recommendation Form, and Immunization Record.

Priority Application Due Date

Applications must have ALL required documentation attached to be processed.

PreK 3 Admissions Screening

Screenings will be scheduled for all students who have applied for Part-Time and Full-Time PreK 3 programs and will be held at St. Michael Academy. Parents will select which date works best for them and a time slot will be emailed to them in early December.

Individual Family Interviews

St. Michael Academy seeks mission driven families to partner with us in the total formation of their students. Mrs. Druffner will meet with each individual family (children included). Prospective family interviews will last approximately 30 minutes.

Re-Enrollment Opens

Current students will have the option to re-enroll for the 2025-2026 school year.

Admissions Testing

We will conduct testing sessions with each prospective student. Tests will be developmentally different based on grade level ranging from Pre-K 4 through 8th grade applicants. Rising PreK4-1st grade prospective students will be tested individually. Rising 2nd-8th will be tested in groups with an online assessment. Please allocate approximately 1 hour for testing. Our Director of Admissions will be happy to visit with parents during the administration of the tests.

Financial Aid applications accepted.

Re-Enrollment Deadline

Please accept your offer of re-enrollment no later than February 15, 2025 to ensure your student’s spot in their class.

Admissions Decisions

Offers of admission to St. Michael Academy will be sent out in mid-March via email.
